Legal activities can be outlined as:
· Develop the Conservation Plan as a planning instrument
· Develop the guidelines, standards and specification that will
assist the local authorities in the Urban management of the historic city
and implementing the Conservation Plan
· Test the developed instruments in the pilot projects
· Develop the legal basis that will ensure its enforcement
